Terms of Use

Last updated: [DATE]

These terms are a starting template. Bracketed details must be completed and the whole document reviewed for the laws that apply to you before launch.

Using DOVELO

These terms apply to doveloonline.com and any service that links to them (together, “DOVELO”), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. By using DOVELO you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You agree not to misuse DOVELO. That includes attempting to disrupt it, accessing it by automated means in a way that places unreasonable load on it, or using it for anything unlawful.

Our content

Reviews, guides and articles reflect our honest opinion at the time of writing. They are general information, not professional, financial or legal advice. Products, prices and features change, so check the details with the seller before you buy.

Affiliate disclosure

Some links on DOVELO are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We label these links where they appear. Commissions never decide what we recommend or how we rank it. See our full disclosure.

Purchases

When DOVELO sells digital products or services, the price, licence and refund terms shown at checkout apply to that purchase. [Add refund policy and licence terms before selling products.]

Intellectual property

The DOVELO name, logo and symbol, and the site's design and original content, belong to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. You may share links to our content and quote short excerpts with attribution. Please ask before reproducing anything more.

Third-party sites

DOVELO links to sites and products we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, policies or the products they sell, and your dealings with them are between you and them.

Liability

DOVELO is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed.
